You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Bricks is legal where you live.

You may not share, sell, transfer, or misuse your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

The Bricks Service

Bricks provides language-learning features that may include reading tools, imported lessons, dictionary lookup, vocabulary tracking, text-to-speech, translation, grammar assistance, AI chat, social feeds, walls, direct messages, map discovery, and partner discovery.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Bricks at any time. We may also set usage limits or restrict access to features where needed for safety, reliability, cost control, or legal compliance.

User Content

"User Content" means content you create, import, upload, send, post, or otherwise make available through Bricks, including text, photos, audio, messages, profile information, posts, comments, imported reading material, and reports.

You keep ownership of your User Content. By using Bricks, you grant Bricks a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, adapt, translate, and distribute your User Content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote Bricks.

This license ends when your User Content is deleted from Bricks, except where continued use is necessary for backups, legal compliance, safety, moderation, shared community context, or content already used by others as permitted by these terms.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your User Content and that your User Content does not violate these terms or the rights of others.

Imported And Third-Party Content

Bricks may let you import articles, files, links, or other materials for language-learning use. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to import and use that content.

Bricks may display links, previews, maps, translations, AI-generated output, or other content from third parties. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

Do not share sensitive personal information in public areas or with people you do not trust.

AI, Translation, And Learning Tools

Bricks may provide AI-assisted features, including dictionary definitions, translations, grammar suggestions, transcription, embeddings, and AI chat.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to rely on AI output. Bricks does not provide legal, medical, financial, immigration, or professional advice.

You may not use AI or translation features to generate or distribute illegal, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
